IMPORTANT INFORMATION

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS

ILCRA reserves the right to exercise sole discretion in the acceptance or refusal of exhibit space applications. Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis as well as date of received contract (paid in-full) and sponsorship level.

AFFILIATE EVENTS

All affiliate events must be approved by ILCRA in writing and must not conflict with Convention events.  For more information, contact ILCRA Headquarters by emailing [email protected].  

EXHIBIT FEES

Exhibit fee includes a 6’ classroom table, two chairs, a waste basket, and access for two representatives.  Additionally, exhibit fee includes access to all attendee refreshment breaks, breakfasts with exhibitors, exhibitor reception, and lunch with exhibitors. Additional booth representative passes may be purchased for $55 per person.

EXHIBITOR/VENDOR CANCELATION POLICY

A refund less a $50 processing fee will be available for exhibit space cancellations if received in writing by ILCRA Headquarters by September 1, 2026. No refunds will be available for exhibit space or sponsorship cancellations received after September 1, 2026. In the event that the program is cancelled or postponed, we will not be responsible for any travel costs or expenses, including cancellation/change penalties assessed by airlines, travel agencies or hotels.
